About the Role:
We are looking for a Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure top-notch standards in our luxury villa rentals. The role involves managing housekeeping and maintenance teams, ensuring smooth property upkeep, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high cleanliness and operational standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and supplies.
- Train and monitor staff performance, ensuring adherence to company protocols.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inventory, and housekeeping checklists.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or maintenance supervision, preferably in hospitality/luxury properties.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
