Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed zonal targets for vehicles, spare parts, and accessories.
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement sales promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.

2. Dealer/Distributor Network Management:

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain a high-performing dealer and distributor network.
  • Regularly assess dealer performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, branding, and operational standards.

3. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the zonal sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and develop succession plans.

4. Market Penetration and Customer Engagement:

  • Drive market share growth by expanding into untapped territories and segments.
  • Collaborate with dealers to improve customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present zonal sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Track and analyze KPIs, including revenue, market share, and dealer performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the regional and corporate teams.

6. Financial and Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels at dealerships and coordinate with supply chain teams for optimal stock availability.
  • Manage budgets and optimize costs to maximize profitability.
