Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Marketing Manager
will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with communication, market research, sales,
marketing, and project management. Candidates should be comfortable aiding in the development
and implementation of omni-channel digital marketing strategies that generate a lifetime value model
for user acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including social media, search engine
marketing, and display advertising.
• Create engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and email marketing
campaigns.
• Conduct research and analyses market trends to identify target audiences and optimize
marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop captivating visuals and videos to drive brand
engagement.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations
for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing
efforts are innovative and effective.
• Proactively highlight opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Tracking social media traction and generating regular reports of progress.
• Managing blogs and ensuring fresh content is uploaded regularly on social media as well
as websites.
• Craft a comprehensive brand awareness initiative leveraging digital channels, influencer
marketing, strategic events, targeted campaigns, and a mix of offline media (ATL & BTL).
• Runs, manages and maintains any paid social campaigns – must understand audience
targeting across social and should be able to manage both Search and Display campaigns.
• Design and optimize email automation journeys for timely, relevant, and personalized
communications.
• Define strategy for integrating dynamic content into emails and landing pages to boost
conversion metrics.
• Runs, manages, and maintains any paid social campaigns – must understand audience
targeting across social.
• Develop and deliver advertising and media related research insights including audience
profiles and trend, engagement metrics, competitor, market, and industry intelligence.
• Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects to completion in a fast-
paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively at an advanced level.
Experience:
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google AdWords,
Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Proficient in content creation for websites, social media, and email marketing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract
actionable insights
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-
functional teams.
•Strong integrated marketing communications and management skills including
research, analysis and strategy.
•Independent creation and successful execution of community-focused marketing
campaigns with one or more specific business goals (growth, engagement, retention,
reactivation, revenue).
•A demonstrated passion for search, social and mobile solutions, and knowledge of
how to leverage each to achieve marketing goals
