Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Executive for field sales in the garment industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, increase brand visibility, and drive sales growth. This role requires frequent travel to meet potential clients, promote products, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and approach potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the garment industry.
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups to generate sales.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and meet sales targets.
    • Expand and maintain a strong customer base through relationship-building and proactive outreach.
  2. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine marketing and sales strategies.
    • Report market conditions and opportunities to the management team for better decision-making.
  3. Product Promotion and Branding:

    • Promote the company’s products and services to clients and prospects in a compelling way.
    • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
    • Develop marketing materials, presentations, and product samples for client meetings.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
    • Monitor client feedback and work with internal teams to address any issues promptly.
  5. Sales Reporting:

    • Track sales progress and provide regular updates on client interactions, sales figures, and field activities.
    • Maintain an accurate CRM database and sales pipeline.
  6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure alignment in sales and promotional efforts.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer preferences and market demands.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the garment or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of the garment industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in field sales or marketing in the garment/fashion industry is a plus.
