Job Description:

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Store Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or food service management. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of billing, inventory management, and customer service. As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain efficient inventory and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities.
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high levels of performance.
  • Handle billing and cashier operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, orders, and deliveries. Ensure inventory is organized and properly stored.
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, ensuring it meets company standards and provides a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety standards in the store.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare sales reports, track store performance, and suggest strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the recruitment and scheduling of staff, ensuring the store is always adequately staffed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage stock, receive deliveries, and resolve issues related to inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, food service, or store management.
  • Strong knowledge of billing systems and inventory management processes.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve company goals.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for reporting and inventory tracking.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
