JOB DESCRIPTION OF QC SHIFT INCHARGE – DRI.
Need to have 5 years exp.
Supervising chemists: Overseeing shift chemists and casual labor
Ensuring quality: Ensuring that quality standards are met
Maintaining hygiene: Ensuring that the shop floor is clean and hygienic
Handling samples: Dispensing samples to quality control (QC)
Coordinating with maintenance: Working with plant maintenance to ensure that preventive and shutdown
maintenance are carried out
Reporting issues: Reporting any abnormalities or deviations to the supervisor or appropriate authority
Recording activities: Recording activities in batch manufacturing sheets and other records
Completing trainings: Completing assigned trainings and applying them at work
