Job Description:

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, efficient inventory management, and the overall smooth functioning of the retail environment. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and leading a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Drive sales and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. Develop strategies to increase footfall and boost store revenue.
• Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of customer service, resolve customer complaints promptly, and maintain customer loyalty.
• Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates. Organize training sessions, evaluate performance, and manage shift schedules.
• Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, place orders as required, manage stock replenishment, and ensure proper stock organization on the floor and in the backroom.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store layout and product displays are visually appealing, aligned with brand guidelines, and strategically placed to maximize sales.
• Store Operations: Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures. Oversee cash handling, billing, and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Reports & Analysis: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback. Analyze trends and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store management, preferably in the garment or retail industry.
• Education: Graduation or equivalent; a degree in Retail Management is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a passion for fashion.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
