Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead our technical operations and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems has worked with ERP different function in a large manufacturing setup across multiple facilities, is also capable of handling a software development team to customize where required. Passionate for learning and abreast of latest technology on AI, WhatsApp integration, bots , on demand reports, Business Intelligence tools like tableau analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the company's technological strategy and operations.
- Design, implement, and manage ERP solutions to streamline business processes and operations.
- Ensure seamless integration of technology across all departments and production units.

Lead the digitization and paperless transformation across departments—Finance, Accounts, HR, Inventory, and more.
- Oversee seamless API integrations to unify the existing IT systems and enable centralized reporting and dashboards for management.
- Ensure tools and tech are user-friendly for ground teams, driving adoption and practical impact.
- Act as a Tech Resource Leader (TRL) by understanding on-ground execution issues and deploying relevant solutions.
- Build or customize tools and products (as needed) to streamline workflows and reporting.
- Report directly to the promoter/owner with regular MIS and function-specific analytics.
- Mentor and manage the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP implementation and management.

Age: Preferably in early 40s (not beyond 45)

A hands-on tech leader with experience in system integration, ERP, API tools, and automation.

Comfortable interacting with factory teams and business heads alike.

Prior exposure to digitizing traditional businesses will be a strong plus
- Educational Background: BE/ Btech,MCA- Computer science/ IT/ electronics & telecommunication
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the steel industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in integrating IoT and automation solutions into manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of database systems and cloud computing.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the steel industry- preferred but not mandatory.
