Business Development Manager- Project Sales.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Acquisition and Management:
• Identify and pursue large-scale infrastructure and construction projects requiring building
materials.
• Drive specifications for Dudhi’s product range with architects, consultants, and project
decision-makers.
• Collaborate with contractors and builders to secure approvals and orders for project
requirements.
2. Stakeholder Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as PWD, CPWD, NHAI,
contractors, builders, and other government/private entities.
• Represent Dudhi Industries in project meetings, discussions, and negotiations.
• Act as a single point of contact for project-related requirements, ensuring smooth
execution and client satisfaction.
3. Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve project sales targets.
• Leverage industry knowledge to position Dudhi’s products as preferred solutions in key
projects.
• Monitor and follow up on tenders, approvals, and project timelines to ensure successful
order closures.
4. Product Knowledge and Promotion:
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Dudhi’s products, highlighting their sustainability,
compliance with standards, and innovative features during presentations and discussions.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and demos to create awareness and
influence decision-making.
5. Market Analysis and Competitor Insights:
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain a
competitive advantage.
• Provide actionable feedback to the management team to refine product offerings and
strategies.
6. Reporting and Coordination:
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, project updates, and performance metrics to
management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, production, and marketing, to ensure
timely delivery and project execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Qualification: Must have completed graduation full-time (no correspondence
courses).
• Experience:
o 6-10 years of experience in project sales and business development, preferably in
industries like building materials, white cement, paints, plywood, PVC plumbing
pipes, electrical and switchgear, sanitary ware, and bathroom fittings.
