PHP Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and emotionally balanced PHP Developer with a minimum
of 4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate must have expertise in
CodeIgniter or Laravel frameworks, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-
centric mindset. This role is based in the service industry, so strong interpersonal skills,
anger management, and the ability to remain composed under pressure are critical. The
candidate should be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities
 Develop, test, and maintain high-performance web applications using PHP and
frameworks like CodeIgniter or Laravel.
 Design and implement optimized database solutions with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
 Create and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between systems.
 Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring minimal downtime.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and
deliver solutions on time.
 Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code while following industry best
practices.
 Handle customer-facing challenges with patience, composure, and professionalism.
 Communicate effectively via email and other channels with stakeholders and team
members.

Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
 Minimum 4 years of professional PHP development experience.
 Proficiency in CodeIgniter or Laravel frameworks (mandatory).
 Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
 Expertise in database management using MySQL or PostgreSQL.
 Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
 Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

 Basic knowledge of Linux environments and deployment processes.
