Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to support the Founder in day-to-day operations, marketing, PR, and company growth strategies. The ideal candidate will assist with a wide range of responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations and will play a key role in driving the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing & PR: Manage and implement marketing campaigns, contribute to public relations strategies, and ensure brand visibility.
- Recruiting Process: Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
- Budgeting & Finance: Help with finance management tasks such as creating payslips, managing budgets, and ensuring financial records are up to date.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing strategic plans for the company’s growth and expansion.
- Marketing Campaigns & Social Media: Assist with creating content, managing social media platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns.
- PR Events & Branding: Help in organizing PR events and activities related to company branding, ensuring positive brand image and visibility.
- Daily Operations: Work closely with the Founder, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations across different departments.
Requirements:
- Location: Candidates must be based in Kolkata.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Skills: Proficiency in presentation creation, CRM tools, and MS Excel.
- PR & Event Management: Strong understanding of PR, event management, and social media management.
- Finance Knowledge: Basic understanding of budgeting and finance management.
