Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative Sales Manager to lead our Glass Fiber Reinforced
Polymer (GFRP) rebar division. The ideal candidate will champion this advanced construction
material, educating the market about its advantages over traditional steel reinforcement while
driving sales growth.
Required Qualifications:
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 3-7 years of experience in construction materials sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and composite materials
• Experience in technical sales or product evangelization
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Direct experience with FRP or composite materials
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive market adoption of GFRP rebar products
• Educate structural engineers, architects, and contractors about GFRP benefits
• Focus on key application areas like marine structures, bridges, and chemical plants
• Build relationships with construction companies, consultants, and government agencies
• Identify and develop new market opportunities
• Monitor project specifications and tender opportunities
• Provide input on product development based on market feedback
Required Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of composite materials
• Understanding of structural design principles
• Ability to explain technical advantages to different stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
