Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market to increase brand visibility, attract potential buyers, and boost engagement.

  • Content Creation & Management:
    Create engaging and relevant content for various online platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns. This includes property listings, market trends, virtual tours, and customer testimonials.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    Optimize website content, listings, and blogs for search engines to improve organic traffic and visibility. Conduct keyword research to enhance website rankings and attract quality leads.

  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns & Google Ads:
    Plan and execute PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, to generate high-quality leads and drive traffic to property listings. Monitor and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Social Media Marketing:
    Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), create and schedule posts, and engage with followers. Promote property listings, events, and industry news on social media to build a community.

  • Email Marketing:
    Design and send email newsletters, promotions, and property alerts to existing and potential customers, using email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Segment email lists to target the right audience.

  • Lead Generation:
    Utilize digital marketing channels, including paid ads and organic efforts, to generate qualified leads. Implement strategies like landing pages and forms to capture potential buyers' information.

  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Track and analyze website traffic, social media performance, email campaign results, and lead conversion metrics. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and sales goals. Coordinate with external vendors, such as photographers and videographers, for content creation.

  • Market Research:
    Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies in the real estate industry. Understand market demands, buyer behavior, and competitor strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Experience:
    2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field.

  • Digital Marketing Tools:
    Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics) to measure campaign success and ROI.

  • Creative Skills:
    Ability to create compelling content, both written and visual. Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.

  • Adaptability:
    Ability to adapt to rapidly changing digital trends and industry shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real Estate Knowledge:
    Experience in real estate marketing, including knowledge of property listings, virtual tours, and real estate regulations.
