Zonal Sales Manager
Job Description:
Job Profile/Key Responsibilities: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with expertise in market research and data interpretation. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): Achievement of zonal sales targets and growth objectives. Market share improvement in the assigned territory. Team productivity and performance metrics. Successful execution of marketing campaigns and product launches. Customer and distributor satisfaction levels.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role (preferably at ASM or RSM level).
Industry Expertise: Prior experience in the Pharma.
