Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to join our team. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in building projects. Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:
- Develop MEP systems designs for construction projects, ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Conduct energy modeling, load calculations, and equipment sizing.

Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of MEP systems installation from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Ensure timely completion of MEP tasks within budget, while adhering to quality standards.
- Monitor progress and performance of MEP installations and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Technical Support:
- Provide technical support during the construction phase, including troubleshooting and resolving MEP-related issues.
- Conduct inspections and tests on MEP systems to ensure they are working as intended.
- Assist with commissioning and ensure systems operate according to project specifications.

Maintenance and Upgrades:
- Oversee maintenance schedules for MEP systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades and recommend improvements for better efficiency or cost-effectiveness.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure that all MEP designs and installations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all designs, installations, and maintenance procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as an MEP Engineer, ideally in building construction projects.
- Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and industry standards for MEP systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems design and implementation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and sustainability practices is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications related to MEP design, project management, or specific MEP systems.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and 3D design tools.

Working Conditions:
