Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Sales team. As a Sales Executive for industrial pumps and motors, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products across various industries such as manufacturing, water treatment, chemical, and HVAC. You will be trained to build client relationships, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service while driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and approach potential customers in industries like manufacturing, water treatment, and HVAC.
    • Promote and sell industrial pumps, motors, and related equipment.
    • Support senior sales staff in developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Follow up with clients to gather feedback and offer solutions.
  3. Product Knowledge and Training:

    • Learn about the company’s products, applications, and technical specifications.
    • Attend product training sessions and workshops to develop expertise in pumps and motors.
    • Assist in explaining product features to customers and answer queries.
  4. Sales Support:

    • Help prepare quotations and proposals for customers.
    • Support the sales team in the preparation of product demonstrations or presentations.
    • Assist in negotiating deals under the guidance of senior team members.
  5. Sales Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
    • Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and customer feedback.
  6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication and successful delivery of products.
    • Participate in sales meetings and help identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Any graduate, with a keen interest in sales and business development. Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical) is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Experience:

    • Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in sales or the industrial sector is a plus but not required.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to learn about industrial products (pumps, motors, etc.).
    • Ability to work as part of a team.
    • Basic computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Personal Traits:

    • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
    • Strong desire to build a career in sales and customer service.
    • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Travel:

    • Willing to travel as required for client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events.
