Job Description:
  • Manage the operation and maintenance of Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) and Captive Power Plant (CPP) facilities.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality DRI and ensure seamless integration with steel production.
  • Monitor and optimize the efficiency of the power generation systems, including boilers, turbines, and electrical systems.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives for DRI and CPP equipment.
  • Coordinate with production teams for smooth plant operations.
  • Manage inventory, resources, and budget for DRI and CPP operations.
  • Prepare performance reports for senior management.
