DRI Mechanical
Job Description:
- Oversee and maintain the mechanical systems in the Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) plant.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of all mechanical equipment, including rotary kilns, compressors, and conveyors.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to address mechanical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Conduct repairs and upgrades to improve equipment efficiency and performance.
- Manage mechanical inventory, spare parts, and tools.
- Prepare reports on mechanical performance, maintenance activities, and costs.
- Assist in planning and executing shutdowns and overhauls.
