Job Description:
Qualification:- Diploma / B.Tech in Mech.
 
Exp. - 15 yrs. experience in DRI / SPONGE IRON
 
  • Oversee and maintain the mechanical systems in the Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) plant.
  • Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of all mechanical equipment, including rotary kilns, compressors, and conveyors.
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to address mechanical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Conduct repairs and upgrades to improve equipment efficiency and performance.
  • Manage mechanical inventory, spare parts, and tools.
  • Prepare reports on mechanical performance, maintenance activities, and costs.
  • Assist in planning and executing shutdowns and overhauls.
