The LLP is seeking a license from SEBI to set up a Portfolio Management Service (PMS). To augment our team, we are looking for a dynamic and result oriented security market professional with the following credentials:
Job Role:
The Fund Manager will be responsible for decisions related to administration/management of securities/funds of the clients onboarded for PMS. The said manager should also fulfill the ‘fit and proper’ criteria as set by SEBI.
Key Skills
- Deep understanding of stock markets (particularly listed) and its operations.
- Analytical ability of stock market, stocks.
- Analysis of fundamental and technical parameters of stocks based on price
- movements over a period of time.
- Fund management, investment advisory, operational and conversional skills
Experience
- Working experience of at least 5 years:
- In a fund house as a fund manager, or
- In a reputed broking firm, or
- As a SEBI registered research analyst, or
- As a SEBI registered investment advisor
- Provided that there is a minimum of 2 years of experience in portfolio management or investment advisory or in areas related to fund management.
Education
- Any professional qualification in the field of finance, law, accountancy or business management, such as CA, CS, MBA, CFA charter or LL(B), or
- A post graduate degree in securities market from NISM (with a duration of more than 1 year)
- Relevant NISM certificate related to PMS as specified by SEBI
