A sales coordinator's job is to ensure the smooth flow of a company's products or services to consumers. They do this by: ● Assigning Tasks to Sales Team: Assigning leads, scheduling training, scheduling meetings,and monitoring progress ● Maintaining Sales materials: Keeping sales presentation materials up to date, including brochures and slides ● Planning sales events: Organizing trade shows, sales meetings, and events ● Maintenance data: Tracking sales data to identify potential customers, maintain the Sales funnel, and improve sales efforts. Monitor key sales activities such as lead generation, client follow-ups, and deal closures. ● Collaborating with other departments: Working with marketing, research, and finance to optimise sales ● Training new sales staff: Onboarding new sales team members ● Ensuring compliance: Making sure sales efforts adhere to company policies and ethics

Sales coordinators will work with Director of Sales. Key requirements: 1) Strong communication, especially in English (written/spoken), Hindi (spoken), and customer service skills. 2) Knowledge of Google and Microsoft platforms 3) Ability to work in a fast-based environment 4) Ability to deal with conflict situations 5) Work with sales representativesto identify and resolve potential bottlenecks in the sales pipeline 6) Track performance metricsfor individual team members and provide insights on productivity andareas for improvement
