Job Description:

Key Responsibilities -

1. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Recruitment

Connect with recruitment portals & colleges to fill up necessary positions in association with the creative director. Develop induction modules for new hires. Document and maintain database of Talents.

Talent Development

Plan and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives. Develop strategies to reduce employee turnover and improve retention rates. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages creativity. Develop and implement a succession planning strategy for key roles within the company.

HR Policy and Management

Handle employee grievances and conflicts to ensure fair resolution. - Development of legal contracts and HR policies. Develop performance management system that support the growth of team mates. Implement HRMS to stream line attendance, leaves and pay roll.

2.CLIENT & PROJECT MANAGER

Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients - from enquiry to final delivery. Ensure engagement with past & present clients to foster healthy relationships.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with our team of photographers, videographers, photo & video editors to ensure timeline and effective delivery of all projects. Organise and streamline a post-production pipeline to ascertain project status. Study industry standards and implement processes for a quick turnaround time. Allocate resources strategically to align with objectives of the management.

3.OPERATIONS MANAGER

Processes and systems optimisation

Adoption of a software across the entire organisation to facilitate: Enquiry & lead generation. Client relationship management. Invoicing & accounting. Inventory & Asset management. Human Resource management. Post production pipeline (Photos & videos) Data management. Project mangement.

Standardisation & Documentation

Assist in creating documentation for all of the above processes. Develop SOPs for all of the above after understanding each vertical in detail. Update SOPs as and when the need arises. Implement quality control measures to ensure highest standards of operational excellence is met. Ensure all team members are trained to follow established processes.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, photography, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in studio management, production coordination, or a similar role in the photography or creative industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and team relationships.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with photography equipment and studio processes.
  • Problem-solving skills to address operational issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in managing housekeeping and ensuring the upkeep of professional spaces
