A Fullstack PHP Lead is a senior-level role that involves managing both the front-end and back-end development of web applications, primarily using PHP and associated technologies. The role typically includes both hands-on development and leadership responsibilities, such as mentoring junior developers, managing project timelines, and collaborating with other teams like UX/UI, product management, and system architecture.

As a PHP Lead/Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers,
designing, and implementing scalable web applications, and ensuring best practices across both
back-end and front-end development. This role requires a seasoned developer who can manage
project requirements, guide team members, and deliver top-notch applications in a fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Development, Code & Architecture, Team Management, Project Collaboration, along with
Continuous Improvement.
Requirements:
Experience: 6+ years of experience in PHP and full-stack development, with significant experience in
ReactJS.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of PHP (Laravel preferred) and ReactJS.
Front-End: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with popular front-end libraries.
Back-End: Solid experience in RESTful API development, MySQL or other databases, and server-side
technologies.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading a development team and managing project
timelines.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
