Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure operations run efficiently and meet production targets.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards across all production stages.
- Track and document production data, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics using computer systems.
- Provide basic machine handling support and oversee the proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Manage and evaluate team performance, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 2.0 to 5.0 years in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
- Proficiency in computer usage for data tracking, report generation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of machine handling and production equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
