We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Garment Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team in a dynamic and competitive garment industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize product positioning.
- Set and monitor sales targets and performance goals for the sales team.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and engage potential clients including retailers, wholesalers, and brands.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to meet client needs.

Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve their individual and team sales targets.
- Organize training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor the team’s performance, providing guidance, support, and corrective actions as necessary.

Market Expansion & Business Development:
- Explore new markets and sales channels to expand the company’s reach.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products.
- Build partnerships with distributors, agents, and other stakeholders to increase sales.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets to guide business planning.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Use sales data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.

Product Knowledge & Promotion:
- Stay up-to-date with the company’s garment product lines and manufacturing capabilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and product presentations.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company’s products to clients and the sales team.

Customer Service & Complaint Resolution:
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to product quality, delivery, or service.
- Use customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Pricing & Profitability:
- Monitor market pricing and adjust sales strategies to ensure competitive pricing.
- Work with finance and production teams to ensure pricing meets profitability goals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in garment sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of garment products, production processes, and industry trends.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing and developing a sales team.
- Familiarity with sales CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with both domestic and international garment markets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
