Job Description:


Key Responsibilities area:
Strategic Leadership:
Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the marketing and sales teams, promoting a culture of
innovation, excellence, and accountability.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and adjust
strategies accordingly.
Marketing Management:
Manage and analyse market research and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and
improve tr effectiveness.
Sales Leadership:
Direct the sales team in developing and executing strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets
and expand the client base.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to
drive business growth.
Monitor sales performance metrics adjust tactics as needed and ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction and retention.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
and adherence to financial targets.
Analyse financial performance, including ROI on marketing and sales initiatives, and report to senior
management.
Team Development:
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and sales team, fostering professional
growth and high morale.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide ongoing training to enhance
team capabilities.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with other executive team members to ensure alignment of marketing and sales
strategies with overall company goals.
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to the executive team and board of directors,
communicating key metrics and strategic insights.

Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Identify potential risks related to marketing and sales activities and develop strategies to mitigate
them.
Qualifications:
MBA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; or advanced degree
preferred.
10+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role and
having specific experience in Container Freight Station (CFS) industry.
Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of container freight stations and logistics operations.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and data analytics.
