Qualification: MBA / MHRM / MSW / PGDM
- Attendance Management: Overseeing and managing employee attendance records.
- ESI and PF Wage Validation: Verifying and validating ESI and PF wages for contract labor.
- Manpower Supply and Issue Resolution: Managing the supply of manpower and addressing any related issues.
- Ensuring Statutory Compliance: Ensuring all payments are made in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Apprentice Hiring and Handling: Managing the hiring and onboarding of apprentices.
- Training Coordination: Coordinating training programs for employees.
- Shift Schedule Creation: Developing and managing employee shift schedules.
