  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote trading services.
  • Explain trading products and market trends to clients clearly.

  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales goals.
  • Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Comfortable in speaking English, Hindi & Bengali
