Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth for our company. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EV industry, marketing principles, and a proven track record of delivering results.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Market Research & Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
    • Analyse industry data to inform marketing strategies.
  2. Marketing Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Align marketing strategies with sales goals and company vision.
  3. Brand Management
    • Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and identity.
    • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.
  4. Digital Marketing
    • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (social media, search engine optimization).
    • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
  5. Content Creation
    • Develop marketing materials (brochures, videos, case studies).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content.
  6. Event Management
    • Organize and coordinate events (launches, conferences, trade shows).
    • Ensure effective event promotion and execution.
  7. Public Relations
    • Build relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
    • Manage media inquiries and press releases.
  8. Budget Management
    • Manage marketing budget and track expenses.
    • Ensure ROI-driven marketing investments.
  9. Performance Analysis
    • Monitor and analyse marketing metrics (website traffic, engagement, conversion rates).
    • Adjust marketing strategies based on data analysis.
  10. Collaboration
    • Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams.
    • Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud).
    • Data analysis and interpretation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Personal Qualities:
    • Results-driven and strategic thinker.
    • Creative problem-solver.
    • Collaborative team player.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing.
  2. Experience with EV industry-specific marketing challenges.

Familiarity with green technology or sustainable energy marketing
