Job Description:

IT Helpdesk 

Location – Bhayandar 5 Days working rotational shifts and week offs

 

Preferred- Male/ female both.

 

Overview: We are seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Technician to join our support team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our staff and ensure a seamless IT experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Assist users with account management, including password resets and access requests.
  • Maintain and update documentation of IT processes and procedures.
  • Provide support for networking issues, including connectivity problems and VPN setup.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems and software applications.
  • Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
