Job profile

  • Reporting to the Director and Performing secretarial and Administrative duties.
  • To draft  letters , prepare Agenda’s ,Minutes of Meetings and  prepares them to be in final document format.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (E-mail, Letters etc).
  • Organize and maintain digital and hard copy of files and records.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Liaising with Government departments.
  • Maintaining  the official website of the association.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication Skill is a mandate.
