Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Accountant with 5-7 years of experience to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage a team of 3-4 junior executives and coordinate with the Managing Director for all finance and accounts-related activities. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hindi is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including the work of 3-4 junior executives.
Coordinate with the Managing Director on all finance and accounting matters.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in Tally is a must.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Hindi.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
