  • Lead generation in international market and Indian market using various tools like Upwork, LinkedIn sales navigator and so on.
  • Converting the leads till following up with them and maintaining their account record
  • Achieving a monthly target of 16L
  • Collaborate with the team , guide / train them effectively to improve the quality of work as per clients’ need
  • Follow up with the team to finish clients’ work on deadline and report to the Director on clients projects and payments on a daily basis
  • Do intensive market research to find out which services are in most need in the market and what can be done to implement in our services
  • Give marketing and branding strategies for company’s overall growth
  • Look for opportunities and ways to promote the company.
  • Lead generating tools like LinkedIn sales navigator or seamless.ai or Apollo.ai or upwork / fiver
  • And crm tools like hubspot or Zoho or any crm tool
  • He needs to have prior experience to generate the leads from US/UK or any other market and close the deals as well
