- Design & Develop: Create and modify injection mold designs based on product specifications.
- Tooling Management: Oversee the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of molds.
- Process Optimization: Improve mold performance, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mold-related issues during production.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of mold designs and modifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and quality teams.
