Job Description:

 

  • Office Timing - 10.30 am to 7.30 pm
  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
    • Payment follow-up with clients 
    • Manage and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
    • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
    • Oversee customer feedback and resolve issues to improve satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.
    • Track and report on CRM metrics and campaign performance.
    • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and behaviors.
    • Should be confident to talk to Senior Management/Purchase/Store team of Medium/large organization
    • Smart, Confident & Willing to take care of PAN India Lead generation, Tele calling and Business Development process
