Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Tourism Package Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and selling international tourism packages. This role involves coordinating with hotels, travel accommodation providers, and airlines, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Tour Package Development:

Design and develop comprehensive international tourism packages tailored to diverse customer needs.
Research and select destinations, accommodations, and activities to include in packages.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tourism trends and customer preferences.
Supplier and Accommodation Management:

Establish and maintain relationships with international hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
Negotiate contracts and rates with hotels, airlines, and local operators to ensure competitive pricing and quality services.
Coordinate bookings and reservations with suppliers, ensuring availability and adherence to agreed terms.
Cost Management and Pricing:

Calculate and analyze the costs associated with each package, ensuring profitability.
Set competitive pricing strategies while maintaining high-quality standards.
Monitor market trends to adjust pricing and offers as needed.
Travel and Logistics Coordination:

Arrange the most cost-effective and convenient flight tickets and travel accommodations.
Manage visa requirements, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation for international travel.
Handle unexpected issues such as delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes.
Sales and Marketing:

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote tourism packages to prospective buyers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and partners to drive sales.
Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after their trips.
Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve future packages.
