Role - Team Lead
Experience: Minimum 5 years in backend or full-stack development with expertise in cloud
technologies (AWS and Google), website and app deployments, and Firebase.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain server-side components and
cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of the central database and backend
systems.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate UI/UX elements seamlessly with
backend services.
- Architect, develop, and deploy high-performance applications using testable, reusable, and
efficient code.
- Oversee the implementation of security protocols, data protection measures, and storage
solutions to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Manage the deployment of websites, apps, and cloud services, including AWS, Google Cloud,
and Firebase environments.
- Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshoot issues, and provide advanced technical support as
needed.
- Document processes, database schemas, and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
- Act as a mentor to junior developers, providing guidance and technical leadership to ensure
team success.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
within the team.
