Client Interaction and Sales Process Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Collect client and interior designer details during walk-ins for entry into the Quotation Paper.
Ensure product selections are noted and accurate quotations are generated using the designated software.
Deliver quotations within the same day for clients visiting before 3 PM, and by the next morning for later clients.
Customize communication based on client type:
New Clients: Send a quotation with MRP and a thank-you note.
Existing Clients: Update or resend quotes based on product selection and send a thank-you note. For those without selections, send only a thank-you message.
Manage ongoing client re-orders, create sales orders, and notify the accounts team.
Follow up with clients to close sales and update the delivery team on scheduled dates.
Maintain client accounts details, including quotations, sales orders, and challan data.
Track all inward payments on a Google sheet and coordinate with the accounts team to close commissions upon client closure.
Key Outcomes:
Timely and accurate processing of client information and sales documents.
Enhanced client satisfaction through prompt communication and follow-up.
Efficient collaboration with the accounts and delivery teams to ensure seamless transaction completion.
