Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will focus on managing end-to-end recruitment, payroll administration, learning and development initiatives, employee engagement events, HR policy formulation, and performance appraisals to support the organization’s growth and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection to onboarding.

Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.

Payroll Management

Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).

Maintain employee attendance and leave records.

Learning & Development (L&D)

Identify training needs across departments and design L&D programs.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and skill development initiatives.

Monitor effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.

Event Management & Employee Engagement

Organize company events, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives.

Foster a positive workplace culture and employee morale.

Policy Drafting & Compliance

Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.

Communicate HR policies effectively to employees.

Performance Management & Appraisals

Drive the appraisal process across the organization.

Work with managers to set performance goals and conduct evaluations.

Recommend promotions, rewards, and performance improvement plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in HRMS/Payroll software.
