Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Management:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Manage pricing strategies, cost control, and profitability analysis.

Transportation Management:
- Oversee the logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Optimize transportation routes and manage relationships with carriers and freight forwarders.
- Implement and monitor transportation policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Address and resolve transportation-related issues and challenges.

MIS Reporting:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) to support decision-making processes.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Experience in Manufacturing Unit:
- Utilize industry knowledge and experience to improve manufacturing processes and operations.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and supply chain teams to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing unit.
- Address operational challenges and implement corrective actions to achieve manufacturing targets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of transportation logistics and management.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and data analysis.
