Job Description:

The Candidate will be responsible for driving new business development and managing relationships with corporate clients. This role involves identifying opportunities in the corporate and hospitality sectors, understanding client needs, and offering tailored seating solutions that align with their requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base in the corporate and hospitality sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting corporate offices, restaurants, and other commercial spaces.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide customized furniture solutions that meet client specifications and enhance their workspace or dining environment.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Generate and manage Requests for Purchase (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to facilitate procurement processes and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and project timelines are adhered to.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities, track client interactions, and maintain up-to-date records of sales progress and pipeline status.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
