  Job Summary:
  We are seeking a creative and experienced Fashion Designer to lead the design and development of our new
  sneaker line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in footwear design, a keen eye for detail, and
  a passion for innovative and culturally rich design. You will also work closely with on our marketing and
  production needs to create cutting-edge designs that align with our brand identity and market needs.

  Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Design Development:
  Create innovative and marketable sneaker designs that combine modern aesthetics with unique design
  elements.
  Develop detailed sketches, 2D drawings, and 3D CAD models of the sneakers from multiple angles.
  Select appropriate materials, colours, and patterns that enhance the design and functionality of the sneakers
  looking at the feasibility and production.

  Collaboration:
  Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and oversee sample production helping
  bring products from concept to market.

• 
  Prototype and Testing:
  Oversee the creation of prototypes and ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
  Conduct fit and performance testing, and gather feedback to make necessary design adjustments.

• 
  Technical Documentation:
  Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and a bill of materials for each design.
  Provide clear assembly instructions and quality control guidelines to manufacturers.

• 
  Trend Analysis:
  Stay updated with fashion trends, particularly in footwear, to ensure our designs remain relevant and
  competitive.
  Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and incorporate them into the design process.

• 
  Qualifications:
  Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, or a related field.
  A strong portfolio showcasing innovative sneaker designs preferably with job experience.
  Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar CAD
  programs.
  Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing processes for footwear.
  Excellent sketching, illustration, and 3D modelling skills.
  Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.

• 
  Preferred Skills:

  Experience in designing and developing athletic or casual footwear.
  Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
  Familiarity with digital tools for prototyping and virtual fitting.
