1. Oversee shipments ex-factory.
2. Supervise loading and unloading of trucks.
3. Maintain communication and up to date status with suppliers and customers.
4. Coordinate with transporters and maintain timely arrivals and dispatches.
5. Analyse transport costs and prepare comparative statements.
6. Coordinate and track warranty returns and corresponding re-issue of spares.
