JOB DESCRIPTION

Position – SaaS Onboarding
Designation – Senior Executive
Function – Business Development
Reporting to – Asst. Mgr - BD
Experience – 2+ Yrs
Location – Kolkata and Pune
No. of Positions – 2nos
Qualification – Bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related fields.
We are looking for B2B SaaS Onboarding Executive in the region of Kolkata and Pune
for our flagship product MetalCloud. The role requires complete ownership of the
customer's success during the SaaS onboarding process. This would start from
handover from sales, training, monitoring and troubleshooting.
● Post Sales: Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new
clients, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
● Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients, helping them
understand and utilize the full potential of metalCloud.
● Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding
phase, addressing any questions or issues that arise.
● Feedback Loop: Collect and analyse client feedback to continuously improve
the onboarding process and product features.
● Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams
to ensure a smooth transition for clients from sales to onboarding.

● Performance Metrics: Track and report on key onboarding metrics to measure
the success and efficiency of the onboarding process.
● Patient with customers and have incessant follow up skills.

Desired Attributes:
● Even tempered attitude to manage aggressive customers
● Must be fluent in English, Hindi and able to communicate product
information during customer onboarding.
● Should be fluent in local language and be able to communicate technical
product information to customers.
● Must have extensive experience with handling customer support issues
around a technical product.
● Must have had extensive experience in training customers and/or internal
stakeholders on product features.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective interaction with
customers, external stakeholders, and internal teams.

● Compensation: As per industry standards & pedigree of the candidate
