Job description : The role of a Business Development Executive (BDE) is crucial in driving growth and expanding the reach of a business.
- Market Research - Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and opportunities for business growth.
- Lead Generation - Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and attending events.
- Client Acquisition - Acquire new clients by understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products or services.
- Relationship Building - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations - Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the company's offerings.
- Negotiation and Closing - Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
- Collaboration with Other Departments - Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and meet business objectives.
- Pipeline Management - Manage the sales pipeline, keeping track of leads, opportunities, ands Sales activities using CRM
- Target Achievement - Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
- Feedback Collection - Gather feedback from clients and prospects, providing insights to improve products or services and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Documentation - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
- Adaptability - Adapt to changes in the market, industry, or company priorities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Communication Skills - Possess excellent communication skills to articulate the company's value proposition effectively
- Reporting - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review.
- Customer Retention - Work on strategies to retain existing clients and foster long-term relationships.
- Continuous Learning - Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

Requirements:
- Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
