Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients for counseling sessions
Provide information on products or services and address inquiries
Assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities
Meet targets for call volume, conversion, and customer satisfaction
Develop rapport and build relationships with clients
Stay informed about products/services to effectively communicate benefits
Collaborate with team members for continuous improvement
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns

We, the construction site auditors, are the project manager’s right hand on major projects. We provide support to Project manager by verifying the details of project cost, providing analysis of alternatives, evaluating billings, checking the work done by the subcontractors, evaluation of the SOP’s, systems and internal controls, suggesting improvement in systems and procedures including documentation, Industry benchmarking, checking frauds and Theft and wastages.
