JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Application Support Engineer – Technical Support Associate
Project brief: Long-term project (minimum 2 years) for a USA based company in Healthcare Technology domain. To be a part of USA Team’s extension in India
Troubleshooting the Web based Tele - Radiology Workflow Management solution for a USA based company and ensuring that help desk tickets are resolved in a timely fashion
Skill Set
- Windows Server Administration including domain management
- Managing networks and firewalls
- Good idea on network topology
- Managing AWS Hosting accounts
- Skills on Virtualization
- Experience in an enterprise environment
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor server , workstation, and networking Infrastructure with 100 nodes
- Monitor and coordinate actions with AWS hosting team
- Support to end user
Experience:
Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Application Support for medium to large organizations
Engagement Pattern:
9 hrs. a day, 5 days a week
Initial 3 months to operate from office and thereafter WFH may be considered with on demand meeting at office in Kolkata
Timings: Rotational shifts across 24hrs
