Job Description:

Hiring field supervisor is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing operations in the
field or on-site. Their primary role is to ensure that projects or tasks are executed efficiently, safely,
and in accordance with established guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Leadership: Directly supervise and lead a team of field personnel, providing
guidance, support, and instructions as necessary.
2. Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, resources, and materials required for
successful project execution.
3. Quality Control: Ensure that work performed meets the required quality standards and
specifications.
4. Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe
working environment.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the progress and performance of field personnel, identifying
and addressing any issues or areas for improvement.
6. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues or challenges that may arise during field
operations.
7. Communication: Maintain regular communication with manager and field personnel and other
stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
8. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to
field activities, such as work progress, equipment usage, and incident reports.
9. Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching or training to field
personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
10. Cost Management: Monitor and control project expenses within the allocated budget, ensuring
efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications:
HS Pass

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Min. experience of 2Yrs on field activity.
Must have 2Wheelers and valid 2W license.
Age : 30 – 35Yrs
