Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The Junior Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team in achieving their goals by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to, preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and processing sales orders.
- Handle inquiries from customers and provide prompt and accurate information or escalate as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Order Processing and Coordination:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with various departments such as shipping, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities and passing leads to the sales team.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Assist in the generation of sales reports and analysis of sales data to track performance and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
- Compile and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.

Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their objectives and contribute to overall team success.
- Assist in coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and other events as required.
- Actively participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for process improvements or sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
