Job Role:
The Wealth Manager specializing in HNI Client Acquisition and Relationship Management is responsible
for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). The
role includes acquiring new clients, managing their investment portfolios, providing high-quality customer
service, and achieving sales targets. This position involves comprehensive financial planning, investment
advisory, and ensuring a seamless client experience, with a focus on various financial products such as
Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, Alternate Investment Funds (AIF) and Portfolio Management Services
(PMS).
Job Description:
1. HNI Client Acquisition:
● Develop and implement strategies for prospecting and acquiring new HNI clients.
● Identify and pursue opportunities to initiate new relationships with HNIs.
● Network with potential clients through industry events, seminars, referrals, and other
channels.
● Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create targeted
campaigns and materials aimed at HNI prospects.

2. Client Relationship Management:
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their
financial goals and needs.
● Conduct regular meetings to review clients' financial portfolios and provide updates on
market trends.
● Address client inquiries promptly and resolve issues to ensure a seamless client
experience.

3. Financial Planning and Advisory:
● Conduct thorough financial assessments and create customized wealth management
plans.
● Advise clients on asset allocation, risk management, tax strategies, estate planning, and
retirement planning.
● Prepare and present detailed investment proposals and financial reports.
4. Investment Management:
● Manage portfolios of HNI clients by recommending suitable investment products,
including mutual funds, insurance, bonds, equities, structured products, alternate
investment funds and portfolio management services (PMS).
● Monitor and manage clients' investment portfolios, making adjustments as needed to
optimize performance.
● Conduct in-depth research and analysis of financial markets, products, and investment
opportunities.
5. Sales Target Achievement:
● Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
● Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
● Utilize data and client feedback to refine sales approaches and improve results

Qualification Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced
degrees (e.g., MBA, MS in Finance) preferred.
● Professional certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or similar credentials are
highly desirable.

Experience:
● Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment
advisory roles.
● Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing portfolios for HNIs and delivering
personalized financial solutions.
● Demonstrated success in client acquisition, business development, and achieving sales targets.
Skills:
● Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management
strategies.
● Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
● Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with
clients.
● High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
