Job Description:
 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Government Bid Executive with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our organization by contributing in the tender searching and pre-bid management processes for government contracts on various web portals. This individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing government bidding opportunities and coordinating with various departments for a successful submission.  
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Pre-Bid Activities:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential government bidding opportunities.
    • Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other bid documents to understand client requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess capabilities, compliance and feasibility for the tenders.
  1. Bid Identification and Tracking:
    • Utilize various platforms and tools to identify potential government bids.
    • Regularly update the bid pipeline and provide status reports to management.
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of government opportunities and track the status of ongoing bids.
  1. Post-Bid Activities:
     
    • Participate in debrief sessions to gather feedback from unsuccessful bids and incorporate lessons learned.
    • Collaborate with the business development team to refine strategies based on bid outcomes.
Qualifications:
    • Graduation will be the minimum educational qualification.
    •  Degree of B.Tech / MCA / B.SC (Preferred).
    • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
    • Hands-on experience with Gem and other Government e-Procurement Portals. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in using bid tracking software and other relevant tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
